Dubai Museum

Let’s traverse! New country, new LAKWATSA!

Welcome delightful year of the Rooster 2017 !

Tangible days has softly passed and  like the fuzzy waves I seek and discover Dubai on its own unique culture and tradition. It’s quite a breezy and rainy evening when I arrive in Dubai, numerous sandstorms occur not until the mid of March! Also, I encounter day one that the metro is not functional because of the vigorous sandstorm occuring. LOL ^_^

I decided to compose my initial stroll at Dubai Museum because it’s a great way to grasp and conquer knowledge about the place! Seek then acknowledge. The museum is just a walk away from Al Fahidi Metro Station Exit 3, walk straight then you’ll spot the Al Fahidi Roundabout afterwards turn left until you approach the Arabian Courtyard Hotel and Spa just in front of the Arabian Hotel is the Dubai Museum! 😀

Yeheey !!! See, it is convenient and very accessible. Some snapshots inside 🙂 From the keen observation at the entrance reveals some old boat where they called “abra” in Arabic language, distinctive apparatus and ancient house including kitchen area which unveil the old tradition and unique interior designs formerly.

Afterwards, one by one we discover between those different entry doors what kind of mystery  resides inside. There are more than 3 mystical doors inside the museum if i’m not mistaken. One of which showcase the different weapons like swords, knives and others while the variant doors are for you to discover. 🙂

The building and location of the Museum is ancient and well versed which shows the culture and traditions from long time ago. I really love histories and I am astound on how they survive and revitalize Dubai.

Unlike from my country Philippines which is a tropical area then approaching here at GCC, its far from imagination yet thrilling on the other side. It cost only 3 dirhams and you will see how inspiring Dubai before until now. I came from a mountainous area so I’m really startled with everything I perceive and I did understand how their livelihood and culture is.
